We are looking for a technically savvy account manager to join our rapidly growing campaign operations team. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical support to the Campaign Operation Team, Sales Team, and Brands directly.
Our ideal candidate comes from an Ad Tech/Digital Media background. You are technically savvy, analytical and love to solve complex problems. You understand the mechanics of digital campaigns, and can work with large and disparate data sets. Your colleagues come to you when they need clarity and guidance on technical issues.
Prioritize and deliver exceptional service through efficient resolution of technical issues raised by customers and internal teams in a fast-paced environment
Compile, analyze and deliver trends in customer support issues to the Sr. Director of Technical Services
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to educate customers and internal teams on platform behavior and features
Participate in the Sales process by identifying technical solutions to meet customer’s marketing goals
BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience
2-3 years experience in a client-facing digital advertising role
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and data normalization techniques
Experience with the Google suite, JIRA and Confluence tools
Would be awesome if you also had:
Strong interest in the digital media, advertising, and emerging technology industries
Working familiarity with a broad range of business functional disciplines, including ad sales, creative services production, revenue operations, inventory planning, yield optimization and marketing
Knowledgeable about industry ad categories, various modes of online ad sales channels and ability to translate those customer requirements into technical/operational solutions
