About the Job:
We're looking for a Product Intern to join our team based in our New York City headquarters. At PebblePost, you’ll have the chance to work independently and cross-departmentally as an integral member of our V2 roll-out team.

What you’ll work on:
Write how-to guides, compile reference docs, and create simple walkthrough videos.
Help test new & updated screens/features within our V2 platform and work with our engineering team on a regular bug triage process.
Help ensure a smooth transition of brands onto our latest and greatest technology, by creating migration progress reports and coordinating with members of our Customer Success team.
What you’ll gain:

Proficiency with such industry-standard applications like Confluence, Jira, ZenDesk, and Camtasia.
Cross-departmental contact with the Engineering, Business Intelligence & Customer Success Teams.

What we’re looking for:
Individual with demonstrable enterprising interests and activities (e.g. building their own app or website, starting a side-business on campus, making films, etc.)
